Refund
We take pride in the quality of our jewellery. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customised jewellery or made-to-order pieces
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
- If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
- For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer
- Replacement delivery will be done within 5 business days.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- We will offer a free replacement or full refund upon verification
