Refund

1. Return Window

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Made-to-order products are non-returnable
• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

3. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
• If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
• Replacement delivery will be done within 5 business days.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

• Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos
• We will offer a free replacement or full refund upon verification
